The Kingdom of the Chesapeake, more commonly known as The Chesapeake, is a micronation in Chesapeake, Virgina. There are no provinces in the nation besides the main area of the nation. The nation was founded and see’s itself as the sister nation to the Republic of North Lancaster.

Etymology
The Kingdom of the Chesapeake otherwise known as the Chesapeake Kingdom name is based off of the watershed that the nation is currently located within. Being a costal nation it has names of the beaches.
History
The Kingdom of the Chesapeake got the idea to become independent after their cousin ruled his own nation for a few years as the Republic of North Lancaster. Being a young nation not much has happened to it. However they see themselves as the successor to North Lancaster.
Politics and government
The government is run by the queen and the queen only. However the queen can appoint a divots to make decisions for the nation as well. If the advisor(s) brings up a bill the Queen can accept or veto it.
Law and order
The nation’s Ministry of defense as the ability to arrest any non law abiding citizen. Laws are based off of American laws but also include laws that re one the right to fish on certain days of the week.
Foreign relations
Their only foreign relations is with the State of Lancaster of the Penn Federal Republic and they have joined the Pennsylvania Micronational Treaty Association.

The nations climate includes mild winter weather and hotter summer weather. Prone to rain as well as other minor storms.
Economy
The nations economy includes lobsters, bamboo, pumpkins, and eggplants.
Culture and media
The nations culture is based around Polish and Roman Catholic. A citizen must go to church two or more times per a month.
