History
Discovery
During the early 19th century, A small fleet of French ships has sailed to locate and discover an island; The island's size which the fleet expected is about the size of Malta, which France has already taken over it a few years ago.
As one of the ships' crew (unidentified) spotted islands and outlying coastal rocks through the ongoing fog, he ran over the deck to tell his crewmates and the captain what he saw; The ship crashed onto the main island, Nuve.
French annexation
In 27 September 1807, France sent colonists to settle on the island. Then later that same week, Louis-Pierre was sent to establish a French client state in the area.
Declaration of Independence
Louis realised that France does not have a full control of the area. Since he has a semi-control over the island, he has an opportunity full-fill his ambition; Which is becoming a leader. He wrote a declaration of independence, later his partner, François Carnot joined in; Followed by Jean-Hector.
- Within the final conclusion; We, with rights to do so, declare independence over Nuve (Hailikia).
Louis preferred to have a two-reigning system, consitutional monarchy.
