Hailiqou IV (Hailiqou Frédérick Héritier, anglicised Hailiqou Frederick Haritear; born 12 July 1973), also known as Hailiqou Frédérick is the 11th King of Hailikia, starting his reign from 28 December 2004.

Biography
Hailiqou was born in Toutesto on 12 July 1973—at the Etton Palace. His father, Jacques, was the King of Hailikia at the time. His mother is the only daughter of Olivier Grandiose, who was the Duke of Érico when his father was still 13. Hailiqou was sent to a special school, where he would study there for 9 years then was taught on the process of succession when he was 11.
In 1989, he was trained in a military school; Which he did great on. About seven years later, he was ready to become a crown prince. His father and mother would give advices to him. In 2003, his father died of a heart attack, giving him the role of King; Though did not officially become one until his coronation 3 months later.
