Kichi-China relations refer to the relationship between the Republic of Kichi and the People's Republic of China. Kichi has adopted a China-friendly policy since its establishment in February. But after the 3.31 Conflict in March, relations between Kichi and China also seriously deteriorated. Relations between the two countries have all but broken down since Kichi banned pro-Chinese Communist Party members from naturalizing Kichi on Oct. 23 and no longer recognizes Chinese passports since Nov. 19. Except for cultural exchanges, there are almost no other exchanges between the two countries.
Territorial dispute
Currently, neither side's laws recognize the other as a fully sovereign state. Article 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kichi states: " The territory of the Republic of Kichi, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Guangzhou, Foshan, Jiangmen, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Macau, Duanzhou (Zhaoqing) claimed during the Grand Duchy period are regarded as Outer Kichi areas. "Article 10 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China also states: No organization or individual may occupy, buy or sell, or illegally transfer land in other forms." And there are also "crimes of secession" and "crimes of treason" among the crimes in mainland China. A direct threat to Kichi's rule. The Republic of Kichi believed in the early days of the founding of the country: "According to the Constitution of the Republic of Kichi, the Republic of Kichi is of course an independent sovereign state, and the outer Kichi area is certainly the territory of Kichi." However, this view has changed slightly in Kichi. It is reported that the Kichi government may Consider giving up claims to the Outer Kichi region.
In order to prevent the country from being destroyed by the Chinese Communist Party,Kichi said in a recent statement that Kichi will not and does not seek to overthrow any regime.
At present, the authorities of the two countries do not recognize each other's legitimacy based on their respective constitutions, emphasizing that Outer Kichi or the Kichi Free Zone is part of the legal territory, but based on the actual jurisdiction, except for the implementation of Parallel plane theory in some areas , the laws of the two sides of the strait are not affiliated with each other. After the revision of the Constitution of the Republic of Kichi, citizens of the Outer-Kichi area do not have the citizenship of the Republic of Kichi, and the people of the Kichi Free Area are not residents of the Outer-Kichi area.
