Her Excellency, Julia Hidalgo known as simply Doctor Julia Hidalgo in Caudonia, is the first Governor-General of Daenyria since its creation and constitutionally-mandated Keeper of the Great Seal of Daenyria. Clerk of the Parliament of Caudonia at the creation of the office and for a great part of its term in February 2020, she left the office briefly until September 2020, when she resumed her office after the resignation of her successor Nicholas O'Neil after a chaotic and brief tenure as Chief Electoral Officer of Caudonia.
On November 13, she became Acting Speaker of the Lower House of the Parliament of Caudonia under the provisions of the Parliamentary Procedures Act 2020 upon the resignation of its Speaker, Archibald Sinclair.
In March 2021, she resumed the office upon her election after the removal of Caden Mesanko from the position.
She was reappointed a member of the Council of State of Caudonia at this date.
Tenure as Chief Justice of Caudonia
On April 28, 2021, Prince William I issued a Royal Decree (No. 22)[1] appointing Hidalgo as Chief Justice of Caudonia, and President of the High Court. Reason for this was to hear the controversial case of Crown v. Guo-Di et al., whereby four members of the Parliament of Caudonia were arrested for a violation of the Revised Paramilitaries Act and contested their detention.
Following her ruling[2] in the case, Hidalgo remains on the bench and issued another ruling later in the year, regarding the issue of the Republic of Gwladcoeden's independence in regards to Caudonian law, and enjoined Parliament to amend the law to permit legal independence of the Republic.
Tenure as Chief Justice of Wynnland
On March 2, 2021, Maximilian I appointed Hidalgo as Chief Justice of Wynnland, from her pre-existing position as Royal Justice that she held since January 7, 2021.
She issued two ruling[3][4] during her tenure, including the first ruling to overturn a parliamentary dissolution in Wynnish history[4] on petition from the Progressive Party.
She remains on the bench to this day, and holds the title of Baroness Hidalgo. She is a member of the Privy Council of Wynnland.

Hidalgo is the Governor General of Daenyria and founded the micronation.
