Joe Whit, otherwise known as Joseph I, was the Emperor of the United Imperium in 2002. Joe Whit succeeded to the throne when Emperor Jacobus resigned to protest the TYSOG scandal. Joe merged his nation with Shireroth following the dissolution of Tymaria.
Joseph I is also commonly known as Joe Whit, Joe Whittaberg and Regis Philban. Joe was also the founder, President and later King of Jaris as well as formally being the Vice President of the Virtual Commonwealth of Cyberia and the first president of the Restored Commonwealth of Cyberia.
