Pacifica, and officially the Independent State of Pacifica is an island country in the South Pacific Ocean, 2 kilometres (1,500 mi) northeast of Palau. Pacifica's land area is about 2 square kilometres and its population, predominantly European, was about 52 in 2020. Pacifica is located in Mecherchar .The island is commonly referred to as "The Rock" is one of the world's largest rock islands. The terrain of the island has two noticeable levels. The higher level is made up of a limestone cliff running along the coast, with a plateau in the centre of the island reaching approximately 60 metres (200 feet) above sea level. The lower level is a coastal terrace approximately 0.5 km (0.3 miles) wide and about 25–27 metres (80–90 feet) high, which slopes down and meets the sea in small cliffs.

Pacifica used to be an absolute monarchy until the Palace Reforms The government is a parliamentary democracy; the head of state is the King of Pacifica, known as the "Raja." Altough unrecognized by the United Nations, Pacifica is a bilingual country, with 30% of the population speaking both Pacifican and English.

Pacifica is not a member of the United Nations (UN), However many other states maintain unofficial ties through representative offices and institutions that function as de facto embassies and consulates.

Pacifica is subdivided into 3 villages (municipalities). The villages are at the same time electoral districts; each village sends 5 representatives to the Periyavarkaḷiṉ Capai The Upper House of Pacifica is the Pirapukkaḷiṉ vīṭu where members are appointed by the Raja

The Pacifica Integrated Strategic Plan (NISP), adopted in 2020, is the national development plan, setting national priorities for development in areas such as financial sustainability. the European Union is helping the nation convert to renewable energy.

The Independent State of Pacifica Constitution Act of 2020 vests executive authority in the Raja The Constitution specifies that everyday practice involves the exercise of sovereignty by him, The king combines legislative, and executive, functions and royal decrees form the basis of the country's legislation. The Ālōcakar is the aviser to the king and is also the chair of the advisory Periyavarkaḷiṉ Capai

The New reforms however made Pacifica an semi-constitutional monarchy with a parliamentary form of government, although observers has categorized it as a semi-democracy with only cosmetic or minor changes to the political structure..

Pacifica has a monarch as Head of State, and an elected parliament that enacts the law. The Constitution of Pacifica was adopted in November 2020, replacing the September constitution.

Executive power is exercised by the led by the Prime Minister. that is also a member of the Periyavarkaḷiṉ Capai Legislative power is vested in both the government and the Periyavarkaḷiṉ Capai. Judicial power is vested in the courts. The chief justice is the administrative head of the judiciary. The judiciary, independent of the Raja has a High Court and a Court of Appeal, with appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in Namyo.

The Raja of Pacifica is the head of state and head of goverment The monarch also represents peace, stability, and prosperity to the Pacifican people. Under the Constitution of Pacifica , he is defined as "the Symbol of the State and of the Unity of the People" and his title is derived from "the Will of the People, who are the Sovereign". Royal Household Law governs the line of royal succession. The Supreme Court does not have judicial power over him. the Raja of Pacifica is an elected monarch, making Pacifica one of the few elective monarchies of the world

Currently, the Raja of Pacifica is the only head of state in the world with the monarchical title of "Raja".
