The Impytish Marie Byrd Land (Vietnamese: Marie Byrd Land thuộc Ím) aka Impytish Tercia /impidy təsia/ (Vietnamese: Tơ-xi-a thuộc Ím) is a part of Antarctica officially claimed by the Impy and is one of 4 Impytish overseas territories (de jure). The territory was established on 2022. Since the entry into force of the Antarctic Treaty in 1961, Article 1 states that "The Treaty does not recognize, contest or establish any claim to territorial sovereignty in any way. No territorial claims will be confirmed while the treaty is in force", most countries in the world do not recognize any country's Antarctic territorial claims.

The main purpose of the territory's existence is for fun and it is not against any other nations thereby maintaining a neutral status at all platforms. It is still according to all the guidelines and policies of the party, state and people of Vietnam.

Etymology

• The name "Impytish Marie Byrd Land" named because this territory was covered entire Marie Byrd Land and territories around it.
• The name "Impytish Tercia" means "Impytish Territory in Antarctica" because: Ter short for territory, cia short for the end of the "Antactica" name.
