The Imperial State Address (in Spanish: Discurso del Estado Imperial), is the anual speech given by the Emperor of Urielandia to the Urielandish National Congress. It happens at the beggining of every calendar year. The Emperor includes a budget message, followed by a general report of the country´s situation. Furthermore, the head of the imperial government presents in the address the next legislative agenda to be approved nor the next imperial government´s projects for the new year after showing the results of the government in the year that passed. The first Imperial State Address was realized on January 4, 2019.
