Hoss Rosario

Hoss Rosario, older brother of Michael Rosario is a supporter of human rights in the early days of Cyberia. Although of limited capacity, Hoss always showed good humor and a brotherly concern for his younger brother's well-being.

Hoss was nominated for President by the Groucho-Marxist Party, however he was denied a place on the ballot as he had been exiled by the Cyberian Oligarchy and was not considered to be a citizen of Cyberia by them.
