Heraldry in Paloma
Heraldry in the Free Socialist State of Paloma is granted to common, and government personnel, as well as administrative divisions. The Paloman Heraldic Authority is the authority that regulates and grants arms to citizens on behalf of the government.
Members of the Sovereign Order of Saint Chad are also granted arms by the heraldic authority and the right to inherit them.
Augmentation
Augmentations in Paloma include Abatements. Abatements may be granted to an individual and is also inherited unless changed by the heraldic authority with governmental permission.
Abatement
Abatement is the opposite of an Explication where the recipient has been convicted of misconduct. Abatements can only be issued by the Supreme Paloman through a act and be changed by the Paloman Heraldric Authority.
