The Paloman Heraldic Authority is a college (a form of corporation) consisting of professional officers of arms (i.e. heralds), with jurisdiction over Paloma and some other micronations. It was founded in 2020. The heralds are appointed by the President of Paloma and are granted the authority to act on behalf of President in all matters of heraldry. The headquarters of the Authority is in Paloma City.
