History
The Helasian Communist Workers' Party - HCWP (Ελασιανό Κομμουνιστικό Εργατικό Κόμμα) was founded in the early days of the rebirth of Helasia in 2019. Specifically, members of the former "Progressive Productivists" Party, the Helasian Progressive Party, the Unitary Alternative Party, met together and announced the creation of the HCWP. After this period, the HCWP has become the strongest political party in Helasia, whilst other political organizations that participate in the "Independent Coalition" oppose the way it governs the country.
Congresses
According to the Party's Charter, Programme and Constitution, the Party Congress takes place once every six months. So far there have been 7 Congresses.

The General Secretary is the one responsible for the coordination of the Central Committee of the Party,being elected in the end of each Congress.
