Gian Luigi Maria Morgia dei conti di Francavilla (11 September 1950 – 19 September 2011), better known under the pseudonym Morgia and sometimes Pepi Morgia, was an Italian designer and film directer who ran in the April 2010 Seborga election for the head of state, placing second with 67 votes.
