Belogerria (pronounced /ˈbɪɛlʌˌdʒɛriə/), also called Gerria, (pronounced /ˈdʒɛriə/), officially the Union of Companies of the Gerryscute GEB Empire and also called the Gerryscute GEB Empire or simply the Gerrian Empire, or the Belogerrian Empire), is a de facto self-proclaimed unrecognized micronation located in Klein, Texas, and is owned by the production company Gerryscute GEB. It is bordered entirely by the United States and the State of Texas on all of its sides. It claims sovereignty over a group of neighborhoods in Klein, Texas, chiefly Memorial Northwest, Memorial Northwest Estates, Theisswood Estates, a small portion of Champion Springs, Glenn Haven Estates, the northern half of Placid Park, Shannon Forest, Willowick Forest, Oakwood Glen West, Gleannloch Farms, Cedar Oaks, Hampton Oaks, the northwestern part of Klein Square, and numerous gated communities and neighborhoods. It is led by Benjamin Posada, It has 133 official languages, with English and Spanish being the most widely spoken.
Etymology
The full name of the micronation is the "Union of Belogerrian Peoples, Oblasts, Republics, Kingdoms, Monarchies, Companies, Federations, Empires, Stars, Planets, Minor Planets and Moons of the Central People's Autocratic Federation of the Thirteen Subdivisions of the Great, White, Gerryscute GEB Empire of Belogerria". The common name "Gerria" is named in honour of Geraldine Posada, a cousin of it's leader Benjamin Posada. "Belogerria" comes from the Russian word "белый" ("belyj"), meaning "white". Belogerria thus means "White Gerria".
History
It was founded on the night of 11 July 2022. when it's legal document called The Empirical Code started being written. On 6 August, it began it's expansion and claimed sovereignty over a property near Big Thicket National Preserve.
An independence referendum for the country to become completely independent from the United States was held on 17 September 2022 on its leader's birthday.
The country annexed a property in Galveston on 24 October 2022.
On 5 December 2022, the Gerrian government created a channel on YouTube called "Gerrian Territorial News".
It was left in anarchy for 5 days from 8 February until 13 February when government was restored.
From its founding on 11 July 2022 to 26 February 2023, it was a dictatorship under Posada I's regime, it has since then became an autocratic multi-party monarchy with Posada's love interest Mia Leal as the country's new secretary.
On 1 May 2023, Gerria no longer became landlocked after Article II on the Treaty of Annexing the Third Headquarters oblast took effect when an area of beach territory to the southeast of Third Headquarters stretching from its border to the coastline at the Gulf of Mexico was annexed and incorporated as part of the Third Headquarters oblast.
On 1 June 2023, In response to a dog barking at its eastern neighboring house, Gerrian emperor Posada signed a decree annexing the two homes that border it to the northeast and the southeast, the northern home became part of the "Beaufort Krai" while the eastern home became part of the "Republic of Tinaland", named after Tina the mother of two children residing in the Tinaland Republic.
On 7 June 2023, it annexed four homes to the south of its mainland territory.
On 22 November 2023, Gerria annexed the entire neighborhood it was in, Geraldine (its namesake) also visited Gerria for the first time (more specifically in Maria oblast).
The current constitution of Gerria was enacted on 5 May 2023. It now currently has 13 mainland oblasts.
Overview
Gerria is a federation of 11 political divisions each with a devolved government over themselves, of these, 2 are uninhabited. Gerria is a parliamentary republic under a centralised authoritarian government.
Geography
Gerria is a micronation with an area of about 20.48 km2, it is larger than the countries of Vatican City and Monaco and is approximately as big as the island country of Nauru. Gerria's headquarters reside at 30° N and approximately 95° W.
The mainland is an area of land with it's southern border being on the road Louetta, it's southwestern border is a straight line crossing through fences across the Champion Springs neighborhood, where it abruptly continues to the Dry Gully, it's western border is marked by the Dry Gully and is an almost perfect line, though not really perfect. It continues until it reaches Spring Cypress road, where it moves farther west in an almost perfect straight line until it meets the Old Louetta road, where the rest of the western border is defined as.

The northeastern border is marked by the road Steubner Airline, until just about south of Theisswood, the Theiss Gully draws the rest of the border all the way down to Louetta.
Climate
All of Gerria is located on a humid subtropical climate (Cfa) under the Köppen climate classification system. Temperatures are mild and temperate and usually get their coldest as -15 °C and usually get at their hottest as 43 °C. Gerria experiences frequent thunderstorms and heavy rainfall seasons mostly in spring while the country experiences mild drought season usually in summer through winter.
Throughout the course of its history, Gerria has received temperatures ranging from as cold as -19 °C (in Nathania republic) to as hot as 43 °C.
Geology
Gerria is a nearly flat landscape, making it hard for the micronation to stop an invasion against it.
Internet
Gerria has an internet fiber system with internet coervage being about 100%.
In 2024, the company "EEZE" started to build a new fiber in Gerrian soil on the border between Lichen and Cawoodia oblasts, and has since expanded their internet service to cover most of Gerria all the way up to it's northern portion.
Culture
Gerrian, or Belogerrian culture is very mixed, almost akin to that of the United States of America, it's culture is a melting pot of traditional European culture, especially German, English, and Russian culture. It's leaders having been born in a Hispanic family and the migration of Hispanic immigrants into Gerrian soil furthermore brings Hispanic traditions into Gerrian soil, though Hispanics are a minority in Gerria. The nation is a mostly secular society, though there are some Christians and Muslims living in it's territory, however, North Oaks Baptist Church in Oakwood oblast is the only church in the micronation. It's official Facebook group is called "Memorial Northwest Neighbors" because Memorial Northwest makes up the southern part of Gerria's territory. Gerria has no separatist movements within it's territory and has recognition from a few other micronations. Many of the place names in Gerria, especially the streets and roads, are named after English, French, or German places and people. Gerria also has many places called "Theiss", after a German family who lived either nearby or within modern Gerrian territory. Gerria also has a single farm and tourist attraction called Wunderlich farm, which is heavily influenced by French, German, and Scottish culture and is located in northern Doerre oblast.
Most of the homes in Gerria were constructed during the early 1970s to the late 1990s. The Champion Pines condominiums in Cawoodia oblast were constructed during 2006 to 2008. The homes in Gleannloch were constructed during the 1990s to the present age.
Gerria has three schools, an elementary school in southern Theiss oblast, and an intermediate school in northern Doerre oblast, and Hassler Elementary, a school in southern Gleannloch republic. There are no colleges in Gerria.
The far-southern ends of Gerria are a very visited part of the micronation, as it is home to many restaurants, including Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant, Sweet Greek, Taste of China, Four Region Thai Cuisine, Karachi Darbaar Food Truck, a single Domino's Pizza, Grab N Go Tacos, Anothai Cuisine, a single Denny's location, a single Whataburger, Starbucks, Curry Masala, Main Bird Hot Chicken, Akaihi, DoubleDave's Pizzaworks, Señor Burrito Spring Company, Broken Yolk Cafe, Vina Deli, Farley's Fit Kitchen, Moo House Cafe, and Spritz Soda Shop. The southernmost of it's three grocery stores is an H-E-B grocery store on it's far southern end. Glenn Haven Estates has numerous restaurants and places such as Dutch Bros. Coffee, and a Burger King serving as Gerria's only Burger King location. The southern part of Gleannloch Farms has a grocery store called "Kroger's of Gleannloch" and also has restaurants such as Crumbl of Champions, Crust Pizza Co. of Gleannloch Farms, Chick-Fil-A, McDonald's, Wendy's, Dairy Queen, OMG Burger, Lenny's Grill and Subs, Handel's Homemade Ice Cream, Chipotle, Wingstop, and Starbucks. The northern ends of Gleannloch Farms are home to restaurants such as Black Rock Coffee Bar, Iza Robata Spring, another McDonald's, Taco Bell, MOD Pizza, Popeye's, Smoothie King, and Orazure Hand Roasted Coffee Shop, which is located in the only other H-E-B the micronation has.
It is also home to one gym, a couple of stores, an ATM center, and one shopping mall, several salons, and numerous other business within the southern, central, and northern borders of Gerria. There are a few business within the Gerrian interior, though, they never really have branding. It's only shopping mall is called Theiss Mail Retail Center. It also has a picture frame shop called DeSola Glass, Art & Frame Gallery, a car repair service called Elite Bmers & Benz, and an auto part store called AutoZone.
There is one UPS Store Services location in Gerria, and it's only bank is called Bank of America, despite it not being in America.
Demographics
Gerria had a population of about 8,677 people in 2015.
Race and Ethnicity
This is the full ethnic distribution of Gerria (plus a part of Memorial Champions) according to the 2020 US Census Bureau:
- Area 1 covers the oblasts of Theiss, Cawoodia, a small portion of Shannon, and a part of Doerre close to the Theiss Gully.
- Area 2 covers the northern half of Doerre, part of Mahogania, Glenn Haven, and small parts of Oakwood and Gleannloch.
- Area 3 consists of the western half of Mahogania and parts of Thistle and Doerre, and a small part of Gleannloch.
- Area 4 consists of the southern half of Thistle, the southern part of Doerre, Lichen, and most of Northbridge.
- Area 5 consists of the part of Northbridge west of the Dry Gully as well as several areas in Champion Springs.
- Area 6 covers most of Shannon and Oakwood as well as the entirety of Willowick.
- Area 7 covers the southernmost part of Gleannloch.
- Area 8 covers the central part of Gleannloch
- Area 9 covers the northwestern part of Gleannloch.
- Area 10 covers a piece of land in northern Gleannloch and a piece of land north of Gerria.
- Area 11 covers the southeastern part of Gleannloch and the southern half of Cedar Oaks krai.
- Area 12 covers northwestern Gleannloch and the northern half of Cedar Oaks Krai, where the David Wayne Hooks Airport is.
As of 2020, Whites and Belogerrians are the racial majority in Gerria, with approximately 5000 whites living in the micronation.

Government and Politics
The Gerrian Empire is a federation and a constitutional monarchy and republic centered under an authoritarian government, with 9 oblasts and 2 autonomous republics. It is an autocracy in which the leaders have dominance over everything and that there is some restrictions on freedom of the press in the country, elections for the leaders are closed, but for oblast subdivisions, remain open. Oblast elections happen once every 5 years, The Empirical Code serves as the written legal document for the Gerrian federal laws.
The legislature is called the Supreme Central Council, it makes federal wars, declares war on entities, has the power to enact new policies, etc.

Gerria is divided into 12 oblasts, 1 krai, and 2 autonomous republics. Each with a government of their own.
Gerrian citizens are allowed to propose a territory to annex for an annexation referendum to take effect. If the vote gets over 50%, the territory in question will be annexed and given to Gerria.

Territorial disputes
Gerria is currently in an ongoing territorial dispute with the United States over the legality of the annexation of the State of Texas. Gerria argues that the State of Texas is de jure their territory under illegitamate US occupation. While the US administration recognizes Gerria as an illegimate country and that they de jure own the State of Texas since 1845.

Glass break incident in October 2022
On 17 October 2022, Gerrian leader Benjamin Posada became aggressive of a dog barking from far away, he banged his neighbors fence using a long stick and after aggressively trying to go outside, he accidentally broke a window at a door in Garage Oblast. Causing him to bleed. A bandage saved his life and he went to buy a new glass with his dad the next day.
Great Water Outage of 2022
On 22 October 2022, A drought caused a break in a pipe line at the Cypress area in northwestern Harris county Texas, this caused many residents in the Cypress area to experience water outages, And all of Gerria's 19 contiguous oblasts ran low on water supply, causing all 5 residents to temporarily move to a beach house in Galveston, Texas, where the company of Gerryscute GEB temporarily relocated their headquarters to the house and eventually annexing and incorporating it as the "Galveston Beach House Oblast". As described in Benjamin's first empirical decree which he signed on midnight of 24 October 2022.
2022 Halloween border crossings
On 31 October 2022, Several families and people while participating in trick-or-treating during Halloween illegally crossed over the borders of Gerria and the United States. Parking Lot, Western Fields, Southwestern Fields, Entrance Fields, and Southern Fields oblasts were deluged with people and families walking by the streets of the country wearing costumes and carrying candy bags. Some families might have knocked on the door of the First Headquarters.
Great Flood of 2023
On the morning of 24 January 2023, A powerful thunderstorm was detected in northwestern Harris county in Texas, which sparked a weak tornado and nickel-sized hail to happen near the Gerrian mainland, as a result, several tree branches broke off due to the strong winds, as time went on, the thunderstorm sparked a flood that devastated Parking Lot, Western Fields, Southwestern Fields, Entrance Fields, and Southern Fields oblasts. North Field Entrance, Southeastern Back Fields, Garage, Back Seats, Oak House, Eastern Back Fields, and Southern Gate Entrance were also affected by the flood. A car was seen entering the now flooded Gerrian roads.
February 2023 vandalization of MicroWiki article by Sleepycat
On 21 February 2023, a Sleepycat user named "fetty fave" vandalized the MicroWiki article about Gerria by uploading sexually explicit images and putting them on the page, Posada in response repeatedly reverted the article page to the original, afterwards, he posted the situation on Discord while Strubber, Andrew, and MattL launched and investigation regarding fetty, MattL deleted all of his uploaded images and indefinitely blocked fetty for vandalising Gerria's article.
Emperor Posada was later banned from entering Sleepycat ever again on 22 February 2023 after trying to take it down. The Gerrian government later blocked access indefinitely to OWOT, Sleepycat and Wokecat due to Posada's mother now upset at him.
On 24 February 2023, Fetty again vandalized the article page after writing a message criticizing Posada for his edit conflict, wiki administrator Luxor reverted the article page to Posada's original revision and Luxor therefore changed the block settings of the perpetrator for an indefinitely long period.
February 2023 dog intrusion at Chicken Coop oblast
On 24 February 2023, Posada visited the Chicken Coop oblast and brought his dogs (Oliver and Goliath) along the way. Shortly after going out, the dogs invaded the state by taking over most of its area and chasing and running after the chickens. Trying to get in the coop, one of the dogs ran in the bayou while he chased over the chickens. They were later successfully brought back by the owners of the dogs and punished them, before being taken out of the oblast.
A chicken was reported to have died at the oblast, but it was most likely a sickness rather than the dogs.

March 2023 ant invasion of Bedroom Seats oblast
On 9 March 2023, numerous tiny and harmless ants were seen in the downstairs bathtub of Gerria's Bedroom Seats oblast. It was likely caused by a smell that the ants like. The situation was resolved the next day.
March 2023 Mormon missionaries to Gerria
On 18 March 2023, two people were seen walking inside of Gerria's Entrance Fields oblast, they were probably Mormon worshippers from the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints who wanted to come to spread the gospel to Gerria and its own neighborhood.
Posada in response implemented sanctions against the Sleepycat community, as he believes Sleepycat may have been responsible for the missionaries.
April 2023 dog invasion of Chicken Coop oblast
On 27 April 2023, during a call between Emperor Benjamin Posada and his grandmother Maria (who lives in the oblast of the same name), that Maria told Posada about reports of a dog trespassing the borders of the Chicken Coop oblast and then launched an attack against the chickens at the coop, resulting in the deaths of about 10 chickens. At the same time, baby chicks were hatched and born at the oblast.
April 2023 police visit at Rosalinda oblast
On 29 April 2023, Gerria received a direct visit from the police into its territory after an incident happened at the Rosalinda oblast during a church service at the church that is to the direct north of the Chicken Coop oblast, the details about the incident were never published because Posada's parents did not want him to publish any detailed information about the full incident story, but this is confirmed to be the first known direct police visit to Gerrian administered property.
May 2023 power outage at Gerrian mainland
On 8 May 2023, While Posada and his family were outside the micronation at the time, a severe thunderstorm caused the power in the Gerrian mainland to go out, this caused the oven at the Kitchen and Dining oblast to display the wrong time, while the neighborhood where the Gerrian mainland is in also got affected by the storm, several gas stations near Gerria had their lights flashing due to the outage as they were not working properly, as stated by Posada when he got home.
June 2023 storm
On 8 June 2023, A severe thunderstorm was detected over the Gerrian mainland, it caused frequent lightning strikes that took down the Gerrian mainland's power several times and caused the oven at Kitchen and Dining oblast to display the wrong time. Lightning from the storm also caused a tree branch in Gerria's neighborhood to break off as well as a fire that burned a house located 600 meters south of the Pathways krai on the Gerrian mainland, causing firefighters and other people to visit the area and to contain the fire as they can. Emperor Posada could see the smoke while he was on his way to Youth Temple Autonomous Okrug at the time. When he began returning back home, he saw a bunch of areas between the church territories and the Gerrian mainland lose their power due to the storm.
2023 possible UFO sighting
On the early morning of 13 December 2023, An unidentified object resembling a blue light was seen moving across the night sky above Gerria, it appeared to be moving in a straight line going downwards (yet slighted slanted), it's path was located to the west of Gerria. In reaction, emperor Benjamin tried to come up with theories as to what the blue light was, it may have been a spy satellite or an atmospheric ghost light.
April 2024 storm
A powerful storm struck Gerria on 10 April 2023, this caused many tree branches to break down and many power outages to occur nationwide within Gerria.
Great Power Outage of April 2024
On the night of 30 April 2024, Gerria suffered a massive power outage that affected the entire mainland, as well as numerous areas surrounding it. Many people in Gerria were complaining about the power outage, ovens would not turn on, phones would not charge, some ovens would display the wrong time, even it was impossible to turn on the lights, lasting for about an hour. Nobody knows what actually caused the power outage, but there has been some speculation and theories claiming that workers at the Houston-based telecommuncations company known as EZEE Fiber unknowingly tore a hole through a power cable on accident while establishing a new fiber somewhere, likely causing the power outage.
EZEE Fiber themselves had been working in Gerrian soil to build a new fiber, which when completed, would make Gerria have faster internet than it previously had.
May 2024 invasion by students
During 7 May 2024, Gerria was invaded by a group of students at Klein High School, there were about 50 to 75 students, one of them was reported to have been armed. Students made several raids across areas in Cawoodia, including the nation’s only Starbucks and the H-E-B grocery store.
The Gerrian government responded that they will take immediate action against the students, emperor Benjamin Posada also said that Gerria will be annexing the Klein High School in response to the invasion.
The Great Gerrian Storm and Power Outage of 2024
On 16 May 2024, Gerria suffered a serious thunderstorm that produced damaging winds and tornado-type winds, effectively shutting down almost all the power of the entire micronation. And only a few people were left with generators turned on, the power did not turn back on until about 1:00 (Gerrian local time).
Great Gerrian Hurricane of 2024 (Hurricane Beryl)
On the early morning of 8 July 2024, the micronation experienced powerful winds and torrential rainfall from Hurricane Beryl, whose eye had passed very close to the westernmost point of Gerria. All 13 mainland federal subjects were affected. Gleannloch Republic had the most damage from the hurricane.
An estimated 100 to 200 trees were uprooted or snapped, a few homes were damaged by falling trees, and roads across the micronation were blocked by fallen tree branches or trees. Several lakes and ponds had formed from the torrential rainfall, while the entire micronation lost power, and a few homes have generators on.
Emperor Benjamin Posada said it was one of the worst weather events in Gerria's history since its territory was being built in 1970. And he collaborated with numerous Gerrian citizens to clean up tree material and debris. The damage was estimated to cost about 10 to 50 million gerries in repairs for the damages.
In the aftermath of the storm, the H-E-B grocery store in Cawoodia oblast was filled with hundreds of Gerrians who bought groceries and other supplies for them to be able to last for a week after the storm.
The damage was extensive, thought the middle of July, CenterPoint Energy (Gerria's main energy provider) had been receiving backlash from Gerrians for not coming to fix their power systems.
By the end of Sunday, most of Gerria had its power restored after the storm.
