Fort Cnoc
Fort Cnoc is an Avonite, formerly Herzetian military outpost and Borough seat, located on the Eastern side of Highland. It, along with Highland itself, was established on June 13, 2021. It is surrounded by forests, and is easily accessible via the numerous trails running throughout the territory. It boasts some minor fortifications, that, in times of conflict, could be used to put up a defense. Fort Cnoc is regularly maintained by members of the Avonite Armed Forces (the Herzetian Army before them), as military expeditions to maintain control over the territory are relatively frequent. Fort Cnoc proved to be a crucial factor in the Battle of Highland during the Herzetian Nativist War, as Nativist forces used it to defend against a Columbian assault, ultimately driving them back.
