The flag of the Republic of Theria, also known as "The Continuance of Life" flag is the official flag of the Republic of Theria.

History
The flag of Theria has stayed similar throughout its life. In its early beginnings its creator President O'Sullivan, was unsure about the positions of the bands. A proposed flag for Theria had the black band in the middle and the blue band on the bottom. Another had the yellow and black bands flipped. At one point, President O'Sullivan had the idea to put a white triangle on the left side of the flag. This design is no longer used and has not been used since the time of creation.
Continuance of Life Flag
Theria's flag is also known as the Continuance of Life Flag coined by its maker President O'Sullivan. Continuance of Life coordinates to the colors and meanings of the flag. The yellow band represents our sun and the light of the daytime. The blue band is to represent the water of our earth, water represents life. Finally the black band represents the night and the darkness the end of the day brings. It also represents determination to thrive as a nation. These three colors symbolise earth and the passage of time.
Flag Variants
War Flag
This flag is used if ever a war begins with the Republic of Theria. The black and the white points represent opposing sides in the form of a sword. The red within the flag is to represent blood and the wounded. Although a war is likely impossible within Theria as Theria is remote from other micronations as well as a member of the UAMW or the Union Against Micronational War.
Civil Flag
This flag is supposed to be used by citizens for everyday purposes. But it has not been used as a flag since its creation. The colors represent the same as the official flag of Theria. The yellow represents the sun and light and black represents the night and darkness as well as determination.
