Ferdynand Wspaniały

Ferdynand Wspaniały – a fictional character, the main character of the comedy series Świat Wspaniałych, modeled on the Polish sitcom Świat według Kiepskich. This role is played by Fabian Nowak.

Character character

He is the head of the Wspaniały family. He lives with his family in Zarostowo, in an old tenement house at 15a/4 Zarostowo.

He is very lazy by nature, he does not want to overwork himself and take up a permanent job (he claims that work is a primitive way of spending free time). His goal was to get a lot of money with the least amount of effort. His favorite activity is watching TV (mainly football and news programmes). He drinks Baltish kvass, he used to drink Vodka Baltska brand vodka and smoked cigarettes produced in the Baltish region, the so-called Wyroby Orzechowe (nut products).

The characteristics and type of the character underwent many changes. Initially, Ferdek was the head of the family, a nice man, very cheerful, naively optimistic and a bit vulgar, drinking mainly Vodka Baltska vodka. In the series 1 episodes, Ferdinand looked older. Despite this, he was still a cheerful and optimistic man. The action of the series took place mainly between two heroes: Ferdek and Kiełbasa.

At the end of the first series, the figure of the Wspaniały changed visually, which was due to his weight loss and related to the then appearance of Fabian Nowak. In addition, the hero has become a bit passive. It was decided to restore Ferdek's old make-up, but the character became very serious. Ferdek also eats Baltish kvass more often and no longer drinks vodka.
