Geography & Territory
Lostislandic Belastrova claims Alexander Island. There is a big variety of wildlife on the island from Whales, Commerson Dolphin, Orca's, Penguins and Seals. The Island is for the biggest part covered with ice, one of the more notable things is the Hodgson Lake a former subglacial lake that has emerged from under an ice sheet that covered it.
The Culture in Belastrova is strongly influenced by Mediterranean culture and lifestyle, this is seen by facts that red wine is very popular for example. however now being a Federation of solely Lostisland, it is influenced both by the Russian culture and the nationality of its Governor in the UK
The most popular dish to be served in the Pavlovian Royal court was the "Pavlovian Salad" once created by Premier Alexander Karapavlovič of the Pavlovian Republic, it became popular rapidly, first through the nobility but also in the lower society of the time.
