The Federal Court of Appeals of the Arstotzkan Union (FCAAU) is the intermediate appellate court of the federal judiciary of the Arstotzkan Union. The Court of Appeals hears cases passed from the Federal Territorial Courts and the District Court. It acts as the High Court for cases regarding major crimes as well as place to hear major sentence appeals.
Originally the FCAAU was known as the Executive Supreme Court of the Arstotzkan Union until the formation of the federal judiciary similar to that of the United States and New Zealand judicial systems.
