The Federal Chancellor of Eniarku (Федеральний канцлер) is the head of state of the Eniarkian Confederation. The Federal Chancellor is a member of the Cabinet, National Council, and also oversees the operations of a few other federal agencies and departments.

The Federal Chancellor is appointed by the Federal President, serving as his or her aide and assistant. His or her political party in the National Council may be either the minority or majority. If a government loses in a vote of no confidence, the Federal Chancellor is permitted to remain in office on the condition that he or she (along with the Federal President) is able to replace the dismissed members of government within one month's time.

The Federal Chancellor generally presides over the Federal Cabinet with the Federal President, and may also dismiss said body. However, he or she isnot necessarily obligated to do so. The person in the position may also serve as the executive of a canton, but holds a separate title in that capacity. The Federal Chancellor has a fairly wide political influence, as his or her power is nearly equal to the Federal President. He or she must also ratify all laws passed by the National Council.

The incumbent Federal Chancellor of Eniarku is Mason Horn. He is the first chancellor, and the first non-aligned politician to serve in the capacity. While he is not a member of a political party, however, the Labour Party is currently e only party in the National Council, making it the technical majority in the legislature.
