The Federal Assembly Committee of Justice (often times referred to as the Justice Committee of Justice Department) is the main judicial body in the United Republic of Kwajalein. It oversees all courts and investigations within the URoK. Its chair is the subsequent Justice-General. It consists of the Representatives, but they can opt-out if they choose. However, if they opt-in at the beginning of a President's term, they must stay till the end of the term (unless the term ends due to impeachment, or they are impeached themselves). Representatives can not opt-in in the middle of a term.
