Fairwood was founded on 14 March 2020 by Luke of Wellmoore.

Fairwood is lead by the Lord-Mayor of Fairwood, who is elected by the residents of Fairwood.
The Lord Mayor and the Fairwood Regional Council have the duty to run Apsion, and create regional laws (these can be overturned by HM's Government of Wellmoore).
