The Executive Presidential Alert 0002 (Russian: Президентское предупреждение 0002, Dutch: Leidinggevend presidentieel Waarschuwing 0002) was a major executive order from the Office of the Presidency that restarted relations between the Arstotzkan Union and New Zealand. The Order was rushed from the Office of the Presidency and was presented to the Arstotzkan public, on the AUNNN, hours before the end of 2021
