Eviner is a military officer in Mos Engadine. He holds the rank of Sergeant and is Garrison Commander of the Mos Engadine Army which he assisted to form. He has been involved in the micronation since it began to form and was a key vocalist in the military side of the nation assisting heavily with the organisation of the Army. When the nation was formed he was quickly appointed as Sergeant and is now the ground commander of forces regularly carrying out patrols of the city and its borders.
