Was established during the War in Newgrad as an organization of military cooperation. Today serves as a stabilizing, taking action to prevent the spread of conflicts.

It was created as an organization of military cooperation against RAK in 11 January 2015. Since the end of the War in Newgrad fully stabilizing role.
