Estosadok, officially the Municipality of Estosadok (Italian: Comune di Estosadok), is the capital city of the Pinangese Republic. It has 9 inhabitants, making it the most populated municipality of Metropolitan Pinang, of which it’s also capital. Estosadok was established on 18 April 2018 and it is composed of three exclaves. Estosadok boasts a diverse cultural heritage, thanks to the large Slavic minority present within it. The Pinangese founding fathers and Presidents Esty Carpentieri and Cotechino originated in the area of modern-day Estosadok municipality, while the Minister and Senator Ghi lived in the territory for his last 14 years of life.
History
Estosadok was formed on 18 April 2018, on the same day of the foundation of Pinang. On 12 March 2020, three days after the death of the Mayor of Costituzione Ghi, the municipality was merged with Costituzione and its changed name to Estosadok-Costituzione. In March 2021, with the establishment of the Third Republic, it changed back its name to Estosadok. On 28 February 2023, Bombardi was also annexed to the municipality. On 26 March 2023, a fourth exclave was annexed to Estosadok.
Geography
Estosadok is located in the north-western part of Italy and it borders with the Italian region of Lombardy. It is made up of four exclaves.

Government and Politics
The mayor of Estosadok is appointed by the Governor of Metropolitan Pinang. Esty Carpentieri has been mayor since the formation of the municipality.
