Ergatism is a right-wing ideology founded by Fontasian politician and leader Connor Newman. The ideology advocates for workers rights and is generally opposed to modern cultures.

Stance

The modern woman is far more mature than the modern man, and far more independent. However, she lacks modesty and only shows herself as a sexual attraction and toy towards the degenerated male. Too common nowadays do women dress in a manner so provocative and self-exhibitory, such websites [1] - Doctrine of the Ergstist Struggle, Newman.

Ergatism's primary source on women is through its manifesto. Which states that women should be independent and strong, but contrasts this by saying they should not be too independent.
