His Imperial Majesty was born in the year 2002, and was coronated on his 14th birthday (October 5). He has no known spouse, nor heir, and is the first emperor of Enda'roc.

The Residents of Enda'roc speak an adapted form of American English, though the alphabet is composed of lines of straight runes. There are no two spellings for the same word, such as two, too, and to. In this language, Vishtar, there are no capital and lowercase letters. The letters c and x do not exist, as they are redundant. the letter y only makes the "yuh" sound.
