Emergency Resolution 212 was a emergency order passed by the Third Session of the National Assembly of the Arstotzkan Union and Office of the First President in December 2020 to protect and classify all legal, government and any important documents relating to the Arstotzkan Union that could be used by the Confederate Democracy of Gamers during the Arstotzkan - Confederate War. It was repealed after the end of the war by the Treaty of Judea.
Emergency Resolution 212 was the last piece of legislation approved and ratified by the third session of the National Assembly as it was soon dissolved two days later.
