Eliot Carrier is a Granbian micronationalist, politician, and statesman, serving as the Leader of the French Party, the 1st Prime Minister of Granby and the Secretary of State for Energy until his resignation on 29 April 2024. On 15 May 2024, he was designated as the Administrator of the Regional Government of St-Alphonse de Granby by the Monarch. On 17 May 2024, he was sworn-in.
