Elena Ferranti (born 1994) is a St.Charlian politician and member of the St.Charlian Parliament, IInd Legislature. She became President of New Ridgeway on November 1, 2009, with the St.Charlian Socialist Movement.
Born in Italy, she grew up in a Francophone environment, and currently lives in London. She fluently speaks French, Italian and English.
