Congressional elections in Mallanor happen every year, while elections for Prime Minister are held every two years. The congress currently has 13 seats, 10 in the Senate, and 3 in the House of Commons. Mallanor does not use political parties, preferring each candidate to run for their own political views. Mallanor uses the Mixed Member Proportional system in Congressional elections and the Instant-Runoff System in PM elections.
2015 National Elections
The 2015 National Elections were held on 18 April 2015, to elect the next Prime Minister of Mallanor. The incumbent Prime Minister, Michael Hinnebusch II, was elected 5-4 against his opposition, Ben Weitzel.
