El Parlamento Nacional de Los Estados Unidos Socialistas, es el encargado de vigilar y garantizar que se respeten las leyes y que se cumpla con lo estipulado en la Carta de la Fundación de dicha Micronacion tiene su sede en el "Capitolio de Bellas Artes" en la Ciudad de CyberCity.
A pesar de la Política de Los Estados Unidos Socialistas, de ser un Gobierno SocialDemócrata, es decir de Un Gobierno Socialista con Democracia plena solo existen 4 partidos políticos, los cuales son:
- Partido Demócrata
- Partido Conservador
- Partido Liberal
- Partido Revolucionario.
