Edenopolitical Law Reports

The Edenopolitical Law Reports are the official law reports of the rulings, orders, case tables, and other proceedings of the Imperial Halls of Justice of the Free City-State of Edenopolis. Opinions of the court in each case, with whatever preceding notes are required contextually, are edited and published by the Royal Printer of Edenopolis. The government is currently preparing to have the Reports published in hardback, but at the moment the case files are held only on the government website.

Citations

Elements of the E.L.P. are cited in a similar way to those citations used by the United States Reports, the equivalent of the ELP used to document the proceedings of the Supreme Court of the United States. Citations appear with the name of the case, followed by the volume, the page on which the citation appears, and finally the year of publication in parentheses.

For instance, for the case of R v. Los Papangeles Water Authority:

R v. Los Pap. Water Auth., 1 E.L.P 1 (2016).
