The Eastasian Social Democratic Party is a center to left-wing political party that operates within the Republic of the Union of Eastasia, it was formed by Chien Chia-Heng on 27 February 2021, is currently one of three leftist parties in Eastasia, and is in a coalition with Reform Eastasia.
History
The Eastasian Social Democratic Party was created on 27 February 2021 by Chien Chia-Heng and some other like-minded individuals in opposition to the Forwardist Party of Eastasian Unity's monopoly over Eastasian politics, and the "radical left" of Eastasia.
Policies and Platform
- Pushing for Eastasia to adopt social democracy, which is a welfare system combined with free-market capitalism
- Official legalization of marijuana
- Official legalization of abortion on the conditions if the woman's life is in danger, fetus abnormality, or socioeconomic factors
- Implementing environmental protection laws in Eastasia
- The goal of achieving gender equality for all
- Achieve "Sustainable Development Goals" in Eastasia
