East Noelamsterdam

East Noelamsterdam (West Evinsa Language: Noel'in Yeri) is the capital of East Evinsa located in the south side of Evinsa with the main part located on the east.

East Noelamsterdam is an Intermicronational centre that hosts The European Security Council and The European Justice Council of European Union of Micronations.

East Noelamsterdam has a motorway, a micro canal style river that flows through the motorway, trade centres, gardens, artworks made by the common works of East Evinsa Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation and East Noelamsterdam Metropolitan Municipality.

Mainland's only terminal motorway is located in East Noelamsterdam where vehicles move to go to the capital of Northwest Federal and largest city of East Evinsa; Frankopolis. Frankopolis is a major destination of vehicles which are operated by the East Evinsa Ministry of Transport and Communication.

In the federal district of Kaldırımtepe-Mahallearası which is on the west side of East Noelamsterdam, there is a school for dog education which was established after a new education law regulation of East Evinsa Ministry of National Education. According to this law, Noel has an education right and she started to go to school under this law with the Education Curriculum prepared by East Evinsa Ministry of National Education’s partnership with a dog school located abroad (Outside of East Evinsa in CY).

East Noelamsterdam is a centre of many crimes (made by mistakes) against dog citizen rights because of external and internal issues. In the beginning of May 2020, a citizen reported those to the Ministry of Justice and government charged and stand for a trial for breaking laws of it’s own. Besides this, there are external attacks from a close house to East Noelamsterdam.

Nearby, no one knows that there is a country called East Evinsa beside of all of them. Also, west government never use city names and describe the East Noelamsterdam as Noel’s Place (it is because they are traditional house managers).

2012

At the end of 2012, a small area caged by the people to lock the new citizen there, who is a dog called Noel. Noel had to live in that tiny place for many years.

2014-2015

During 2014 and 2015, this tiny place became a part of the largest city of Evinistan (which is named as Evinsa in 2016), which was called Santrealpolis and since 2012 dog came out of her place in the specific times of to the Santrealpolis and had free times there. No one was respecting to the city name and other things. Santrealpolis was a huge city had a lake on the south side. Two different bridges were made by Santrealpolis Metropolitan Municipality those two bridges were crossing the lake to the opposite coast of the city. Santrealpolis artificial lake also hosted a fish community.

2016

In 2016 caged area got out of Santrealpolis and called Noelland which means it named after the dog but the dog was still caged. At the end of 2016, Santrealpolis fell and with the falling of the city nearly 150 fishes (all of the fish community) killed and the lake closed (that lake replaced by a big garden where aloe vera, cactus and flowers grow and the area is called Federal Martyrs Distirict of East Noelamsterdam right now)

In 2016 Noelland also changed it’s name to Noelamsterdam.

2017

In the early June a conference took place and in the conference one side said to the against side that we should divide the Evinsa into west and east to create a bigger area for Noel and this decision confirmed by everyone in the conference. On the 22nd July 2017, Noelamsterdam grew and a wall divided Noelamsterdam into two parts. One of the parts was the area that the caged walled district remained which was the main area that remained on the east. Because of main area remained on the east so city called East Noelamsterdam. Other side does not belongs to the west government. It [west side of Noelamsterdam] became federal districts area of East Noelamsterdam where dogs pass on specific time periods.

As a result of wall which was built on the 22nd July, our lands expanded from southeast to the northeast of the East Evinsa Mainland and dog community had a free movement right to the city located on the north of mainland which is called Hinterhof. That name is found in 2020 to replace the previous name.

Now Noel has a bigger area includes East Noelamsterdam’s main part and city of Hinterhof. It is still not enough for a dog but it is much more better when we compare to the past discriminations because Noel has a citizenship rights in East Evinsa which protects her against west regulations.

Noel still can not pass to the Ozermanchester from East Noelamsterdam because the road passes through the west and west regulations do not let her to pass every time. That’s why Ozermanchester became a federal city of the Mainland.
