The position of Earl Marshal is the eighth of the Great Officers of State of the Revalian Kingdom, nominally ranking beneath the Lord Great Chamberlain and above the Lord High Constable.
The office is purely ceremonial, and the Earl Marshal has no actual duties. The Minister of Defence is usually appointed to that position.
The office is currently held by Endel Pällin, the nation's Minister of Defence.
