Victor Bergman-Bonapartus, more commonly known as Vicber, or simply as "The Young Raven" is an American-Sanctimonian micronationalist, scientist, musician, and philosopher, who has served as the 1st King of Sanctimonia since 2020 and as President of Yurney since June, 2021 until late 2023. He is the founder of the Kingdom of Sanctimonia. He has a user account on this wiki, which can be found here. He views himself as a wise ruler, who wants to lead his people and other micronationalists away from the negative, satirical aspects of micronationalism into a more serious, prudent culture.
