Speitoia, officially the Federative Kingdom of Speitoia, is a self-proclaimed micronation primarily located within Scotland. The nation was established on 9 September 2024. There is a current population of 1 in Speitoia, and is in the process of recounting its E-citizens as of October 30, 2024. The nation was fictional prior to 9 September, as being a fantasy story.

The Speitoian government is a federative monarchy that is controlled by the King and Prime Minister (PMOS), which are both the same person. The Vice Minister is currently Henry V. who is the Prime Minister of Hugia, and the Minister of Words, being Panzermapping, with the task of banning words with the prime minister’s permission in Speitoia.

Speitoia is the founder of the Horizon Accord alliance, which no longer exists. The alliance had both micronations and mappers. The Horizon Accord split in two during the elections and now both parts are under new leadership with group of mappers are led by Trini-british mapping while the micronation part is led by Saudi Gamer-1.

History

Fiction

Speitoia started between 2019 and 2020 fictionally, as two fictional characters (Ol’ Speito Lord, 3-Power God). Then Speito stretched its identity to places like York. The PMOS wrote on a board “Speito” “DO NOT RUB OUT” Which, as of 2024, is probably rubbed out already. Then Speitoia got a territory (a football pitch) Speitoia claimed this jokingly. Then Totem was made, along with the EAS. The EAS’s job was to participate in the War of 2020, when Totem declared war on shouting. This war has ended though. The PMOS also made a book (which he can’t remember what was in it because it got eaten by ants, so he doesn’t have it anymore) The PM also made Santa beards out of paper early on too. (The history in 2021/2022 is blurry, can’t remember much) Speitoia did claim a fictional planet called “Speito Planet”. Then 2024 came around (Speitoia was basically forgotten in 2023). In 2022, the PM went to Menorca, Spain, and invented the Stick-r (basically he put tea stirrers in plastic straws) He still has ONE today. Then, the country of I’Surrenderia was made in Menorca, (which had a white flag) until it was abandoned when he left. Later, the PM made Toylandia in his bath (which was abandoned in early October 2024). Then, on June 25 2024, Speitoian Mapping was made as a channel. It served as Speitoia until September 8.

Establishment

Then, Speitoia became a commonwealth on September 8, 2024. Then after that it was a Federation from September 9, until September 14, when the Prime Minister of Hugia suggested Speitoia Became a kingdom. Then, the Horizon Accord was made (abandoned October 16, 2024, when the micronational election ended.) On October 13, the name of the Prime Ministers Advisor (SPMA) was changed to Vice Minister. On October 17, the Speitoia-SMSMYeloe War started. The opposition of Speitoia claims to still be at war, but there is no threat anymore. Also on October 17, Speitoia got an agreement with the People's Republic of Razolkia to not burn down the Speitoian Embassy in Terrestia. On the same day, Speitoia made an agreement with the Jaylish Kingdom. The agreement stated that "we will be respectful allies, and that we will respect all other nations that are friendly with both parties". On October 30, Speitoia developed its first experimental tank model, built out of Lego, named the XSMI-21 until the government makes it official. The name stands for “Experimental Speitoian MI-21”.

Encompalade

On October 31, a new word made it into the Speitoian Dictionary. The word is “encompalade” pronounced en-kom-pa-laid. Encompalade means grouping of images. The first Speitoian encompalade was to celebrate Halloween.

Politics and government

The Speitoian government is a federative kingdom. A federative kingdom is a country with a monarch, but all provinces are autonomous. Speitoia consists of a Federal Monarch, Prime Minister, Vice Minister, the Hugia Square Governor, and the Minister of Words.

Speito I

The PMOS is one of the premiers of the Kingdom of Matagorda, led by Juan I, or commonly known as ImanewGodzilla2, or Juan “I” in Hugia. The PMOS is also one of the upcoming downgraded monarchs in Hugia. The PMOS will be the Downgraded Monarch of Hugia from December 5, 2024, until January 5, 2025. There are 28 De facto citizens as of October 17, 2024, as of the writing of this article. The Speitoian PM will be known as Speito “I” once he becomes the Downgraded Monarch in Hugia.

Space agency

Speitoian Space Agency (SSA) is to report interesting objects from space that can be seen from the nation of Speitoia. On a community post by the Speitoian government channel on YouTube, there are photos of the recent comet, C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS), and the moon.

Foreign relations

Speitoia once used the Horizon Accord as the foreign relations jump, but since then, Speitoia has changed hands of leadership of the Horizon Accord. Speitoia is opening diplomatic relations. Speitoia has some embassies in their territory, which are Ironlandish, Kortish, Blanken, and Terrestian. Speitoia also has some Embassies in foreign territories, like Seattle, Stop Sign Micronation, And Malaysia.

Bratjia

Bratjia is a small Slavic community based in Speitoia. They have their own language which one of their phrases is "Slává náže, Náže ńá přečelňá, ńá kěčě přečelňů." Another one of their phrases is “Hej, Brátjkom ářá”. Apparently “Hej, Brátjkom ářá” means “Hey bro, it’s bright” according to YouTube translation, which that will now be what it means as of October 25, 2024. The translation of “Hej, Brátjkom ářá” has been changed to “Hey Bratjians, it’s bright” to make the language more professional.

Toylandia

Toylandia is a community within Speitoia that is led by Father Nature, and wishes to gain their land, and uniting Toylandia with Speitoia.

Embasserials

These are communities from various embassies in Embasseria or Hugia Square.

Olandicans

This is a community in Speitoia with its own writing system, which is basically like “ه” or “H” in Arabic except it isn’t pronounced “h”. There is actually no spoken language there, just a written one.

Transparians

This community has a transparent blue flag and they form a division of Speitoia’s armed forces. They wish to get their own region within Speitoia.

Sports

In one video made by the official Speitoian government channel, it showed the PMOS using a mallet to shoot the ball into the mug. There was a sport played in Speitoian land, that being Bordara. The national sport of the nation is called Mug Golf.

The national bird of Speitoia is the Magpie according to the official government channel of Speitoia.
