Oulieania, officially the Republic of Oulieania is a sovereign nation surrounded by the United States and located in Southern California. It is classified as a micronation by most external observers. Oulieania was established on 23 March 2023.

The republic was inspired by the United Territories of the Sovereign Nation of The People's Republic of Slowjamastan and by the Republic of West Who to start its own Space Agency.
