The Ryan Long regime was the Shattered Souls under the leadership of Ryan Long from when he became supreme leader of the Shattered Souls in when Dameon Townsend abandoned it in Early 2021 and ended with his abdication as king in August 2023. It was a youth organization of the Ku Klux Klan, being a white supremacist hate group, it mostly consisted of whites, but some minorities such as blacks, hispanics, and asians are allowed to join for propaganda and sadistic pleasure usage, native americans, pacific islanders, middle easterns, and indians were completely banned from joining the group, possibly due to the fact that they are the most minority minority can get and there would be no point making propaganda off of it.
The Shattered Souls is absolute monarchy, in which the reigning monarch has absolute power. the Shattered Souls is known to change it's form of government frequently. At first, it was a gang under the leadership of Dameon Townsend, with a defined leader and organizational structure. After it was reformed into a micronation, it had presidential system. Some time after that, it was reformed into a semi-presidential republic, And finally in 2023, it officially became an absolute monarchy.
The micronation has been considered an isolationist micronation as they don't have any relations with that many other micronations, especially sense they've been operating in secret for a while after the first leader, Dameon Townsend, completely abandoned it.
History
Start of Ryan Long's leadership
Ryan Long became the leader of the Shattered Souls at some point in early 2023, over two years after the original founder, Dameon Townsend abandoned it in favor of Riveria. This happened after one of his freinds, Gabriel Reyes heard of Riveria and wanted to take it over, but they needed a leader to go off of it.
North Texas Micronational War
At some point before 2 May 2023, when the Prime Minister first heard of Riveria, the Shattered Souls declared war on Riveria with intentions to invade and annex them into their own rule. Once the King of Riveria, Dameon I heard about this, he immediantly started building up an army against them. The conflict has been ongoint since that date.

Ryan Long's abdication
In August 2023, over 9 months after he became leader and just a few days after he became king, Ryan Long officially abdicated the throne and the prime minister, Gabriel Reyes took control. He would then make some reforms turning the Shattered Souls from a Ku Klux Klan group to a Black Lives Matter group, the complete opposite of what it was originally.
Politics and government
The Shattered Souls is de jure an absolute monarchy, The monarch has absolute power over it with no restrictions. This system of governance was created to copy Riveria, which also has a monarchy, despite Riveria being a semi-constitutional monarchy rather than an absolute one, but the Shattered Souls is de facto a military dictatorship, where the military rules as a collective. The Shattered Souls also has a centralized unitary structure, meaning that the national government has full power over internal affairs.
Head of state/government
The King of the Shattered Souls is both the head of state and the head of government, he's supposed to rule over all aspects of the Shattered Souls with full executive, legislative, and judicial power. He is also the commander of the armed forces. Despite this, the prime minister is considered the de facto ruler of the Shattered Souls, representing the Shattered Souls Military, possibly due to the fact that the current king, Ryan Long, has been absent for a long time and therefore, must have someone else to take his place. This title as head of state has had different names over time. It was originally given to the supreme leader, then a president, then the king.
Deputy head of government
The prime minister is the deputy head of government of the Shattered Souls, he has very little power except being in charge of foreign relations, however he is currently the de facto leader of the Shattered Souls because of the king's absence. This includes him commanding the armed forces.
Law and order
The judicial system in the Shattered Souls is very simple, king has de jure absolute judicial power and the prime minister, de de facto judicial power. Law enforcement is done by the military rather than typical police forces. In the Shattered Souls, it is illegal for anyone to call anyone a retard, anyone who breaks this law will be given punishment of some kind.
Military
The armed forces of the Shattered Souls has no official name, however they most certainly exist as the groups defense, as well as the police force. The armed forces are commanded by the prime minister and have all of the power in terms of decision making, especially since everyone in the Shattered Souls is in the armed forces. They are currently participating in war with Riveria and their only ally Dingleville. With another micronation, Pongu allegedly working with them or supporting them throughout this war.
Foreign relations
The Shattered Souls has had relations with other micronations or groups currently and formerly. It currently has no confirmed alliances with any other micronation, however their swarn enemy Riveria and their ally Dingleville have both accused them of allying with Pongu, as Pongu mentioned siding with them at some point, however they later insisted not allying with them due to offerings of having positive relations with both Riveria and Dingleville.

Activities
The activities done by the members of the Shattered Souls start out with simple things like playing Video Games the favorable console used by all members of the Shattered Souls is the Xbox, as well as the Iphone being the main phone used. However, this is just the simple end of the spectrum, really serious sadistic activities were done by it's members when the Shattered Souls was Fascist, which include all the minorities that are allowed to join. The members of the Shattered Souls do really harsh and creul things to these minorities, such as rape, torture, bullying, and other harmful activities to these people because they are seen as "inferior" to the white population.

Flag of the Shattered Souls
The Shattered Souls has had four national symbols at this time, these flags were often used enterchangably the first is the primary official flag was a mix between nazi flag and the confederate battle flag with the overall design of the confederate battle flag with a black swastika in the very center. The second flag used is the flag of Germany from 1935 to 1945 under Nazi rule. The third flag used is the Duke Flag, a symbol commonly used in Ku Klux Klan groups. The last one used is a custom version of the confederate battle flag with a person, possibly a slave, shattering in the very center, possibly adopted to allude the the original logo and the groups name, originally created by Kim Ryu.[1]
