Purpose

The Provisional Regal Council was the temporary council of state established to create the Kingdom of Roskill. The Provisional Regal Council was created to write and approve of the Constitution of Roskill, write and release the Declaration of Independence, write and proclaim the first Monarch of Roskill, and form an interim government to establish government departments.

It was created on 17 October 2022 and was dissolved after the release of the Declaration of Independence and the Proclamation of the Monarch of Roskill on 22 October 2022.

In total, there were five members of the Provisional Regal Council. The Chairman of the Provisional Regal Council, Liam Lithgow, would later become the King of Roskill.

History

On 17 October 2022, Liam Lithgow established the Provisional Regal Council. The purpose of this council of state was to fully establish the Kingdom of Roskill as an independent, sovereign nation, declaring her independence from New Zealand. The council also had the task of creating the Constitution of Roskill, the supreme law of the Kingdom of Roskill, the release of the Declaration of Independence, the proclamation of the Monarch of Roskill, and the forming of an interim government.

On 22 October 2022, at the release of the Declaration of Independence and the proclamation of the Monarch of Roskill, the Provisional Council of State was dissolved.
