Since the Second Kingdom of Paxaris annexed parts of Kentucky, it has drawn criticism from multiple micronations and micronationalists, whom have have accused the claims as LARPing. People have criticised Paxaris over it's irregularly large claims to land, including the entire Great Lakes Basin.
Beginning of Paxari expansion
The August 2022 Paxaris-Terredepaix war began the idea of Paxari Expansion, humorously called "Paxari Manifest Destiny', in which the Treaty of Gladwin gave Ohio and Indiana as puppets to Paxaris. A few minutes after the treaty was signed, Paxaris formed a commonwealth and annexed Ohio and Northern Indiana. The rest of Indiana was given back to the United States. Not much later, Paxaris annexed parts of Kentucky. This began a series of condemnations from a few micronations, claiming Paxaris can't legally claim states.
