The Monarchy of Veridiania, officially known as the The King of Veridiania, is the Constitutional Monarch and Head of State of Veridiania. The Monarchy was official established in 25 June 2024, when the Kingdom of Veridiania was founded. The King of Veridiania is elected by The Council of Accession, comprising the fifth members of the council, with The Monarchy rotated between elected by them.
The Current King of Veridiania is Albert Edward George of Oakwood. He was elected on 20 July 2024, at a meeting before abdication of Frederick I. The Council of Accession was choose Edward as next line into the Thorne; he took the oath and was sworn in at the Brightstone Palace. on 24 July 2024. The King of Veridiania, Edward was swearing in as King; The Royal Family are styled as "His Majesty" and "His/Royal Highness"

The following text of the Proclamation of the King was read by The Council Accession:
Whereas by an Instrument of Abdication dated the twenty-fourth day of July instant, His former Majesty King Frederick the First did declare His irrevocable determination to renounce the throne for Himself and His descendants, and the said Instrument of Abdication has now taken effect, whereby the Crown of Kingdom of Veridiania and all other His former Majesty's territories are now solely and rightfully come to the High and Mighty Albert Edward George:
We, therefore, the Lords Spiritual and Temporal of this Realm, being here assisted with these of His former Majesty's Privy Council, with numbers of other Principal Gentlemen of Quality, with the Governor of Brightstone, Aldermen, and citizens of Brightstone, do now hereby, with one Voice and Consent of Tongue and Heart, publish and proclaim, That the High and Mighty Prince Albert Edward George, is now become our only lawful and rightful Liege Lord Edward the First by the Grace of God, of Veridiania, and the Veridiania Dominions and Territories beyond the Seas King, Defender of the Faith, To whom we do acknowledge all Faith and constant Obedience, with all hearty and humble Affection: beseeching God, by whom Kings and Queens do reign, to bless the Royal Prince Edward the First, with long and happy years to reign over Us.
