The Hesminian Commonwealth of Nations Often simply referred to as the Commonwealth of Nations, is an international Micronational association of over 80 member states, the vast majority of which are all allies of Hesminia and other nations which have developed relations with the crown. They are connected through democracy and monarchy states.the Hesminian Commonwealth is a vast micronational association, an entity with over 80 member states, making it the largest commonwealth micronation in history.

King Xiaen I as the head of state of the Empire of Hesminia, the head of the Hesminian Commonwealth, and the head of its crown dependencies and dominions. Hierarchical structure with the Empire of Hesminia at the apex, ruling over the commonwealth and its constituent territories.
