On April 13th 2021 the founder of the nation had gotten inspiration from a Red Tailed Hawk perched on a wooden fence. This was taken as a sign and later became the inspiration to form a nation, one for the peace and protection of the people, one in honor of the hawk and all of Mother Earth. At 10:00 pm CST the decision was made to found the Königreich das Falken and to name himself Kaiser Baldwin. The Kingdom of the Hawk as it is in English was created as a singular state owning all of the Hawkish lands. On 11 september 2021, the title of Falkenreich was adopted. On 7 October 2021 the Kingdom joined the Nortennish Commonwealth, but on 12 December 2021 the abdication of King Wolfric I caused a power vacuum that was filled by Kaiser Baldwin whose initial impressions on the people were very tense in the abrupt promotion, leading to the Nortennish Abdication Crisis when the kaiser was deposed and chaos ensued. slowly the Falkenreich moved away from the commonwealth until it became independent at an undetermined time. On 22 November 2022, the De-Germanification or Blue Revolution occurs, which abolishes the monarchy and all German Culture from government. The new title of the nation is the Hawk Union. The idea of Hawkish culture appears and the idea that only a Hawkish nation could rule the Hawkish People. The beginnings of a democracy form as an SM Council is formed and a Consul is appointed. 4 states appear, Rudisia, Royals, Pohjoria and the Falkenreich. But after many reforms, all of that was abolished and replaced by the modern Hawk Republic's senatorial system.

Conflicts

• Fozro raids, at some undocumented point in our early history, the CSC put the Nation in their sights, causing over 3 raids to occur and members to be lost.
• Yeshilovan War, Yeshilova is a nation located in turkey who Declared war on 3 October 2021 2:02 pm CST when their leader, Yennuia stated that "...your attitude towards our citizens. we didn't like it much". as far as we know Peace has never been achieved.
• First Pohjorian Independence Crisis, On 28 December 2021 9:39 pm CST the Pohjorian Union declared independence over supposed oppression and lack of a voice in Government. Then they were overtaken on 29 December 2021 10:47 pm CST, lasting 25 hours and 8 minutes.
• Second Pohjorian Independence Crisis, On 20 January 2022 when a brief independence movement began to separate Pohjoria for similar reasons as the first crisis. it ended within the hour.

Government

The Government of the Hawk Republic Is split into 3 segments, the Chairman, Senate and Public. Each with mostly equal rights and abilities. Each section needs to approve of all acts & laws to pass them, making the Republic a very equal and just nation.

Early government

Before the Blue-Revolution, the government was an absolute monarchy ruled by Kaiser Baldwin, now known as Béchán. It had no constitution nor rules of any kind, which caused the Blue-Revolution since the people wanted a leader who was more restrained.

Chairman

The Chairman is a single person who can be considered the head of state and leader of the Republic, with the power to decide allies and deal with diplomatic relations alone. The term length for a Chairman is 3 years and the current one is Béchán, who will be replaced by a new candidate or remain if there is none on 1 December 2024, which is the date of election day. There is no limit to the amount of terms you can serve in a row and is general. The chairman has the right to veto any and all law proposals, voted laws and senate oustings. But most importantly, the Chairman cannot vote at all, only propose Laws. The Chairman can also not veto a Chairman ousting.

Senate

Comprised of 4 or more members, the Senate has the power to create and vote on act & law proposals, oust Chairmen and Senators, elect new Senate members and declare the Public unsuitable for Referendum, but it requires a consensus among Senators.

Public

The Public is any other person that is not in the Senate or is not the Chairman. They can vote on act & law proposals in Referendums and can also propose acts & laws. They can vote to oust Senators and Chairmen.

Voting Process

When voting on acts & laws there is a process that must be followed. If the Senate proposes an act or law, the senate will vote on the matter then if there is a majority in favor, it is sent to the Public they then vote the same way. if both agree, the act or law is sent to the Chairman who then decides whether to Veto it or let it pass. If the Senate and Public disagree, the act or law can be sent back to revote or the Senate can deem the Public unsuitable for voting and pass it anyway. The Public and Senate can vote in any order.

Hawkish Federal Union

The Hawkish Federal Union of Sovereign States is an Economic and Political Union between three States. Those states being: Hawk Republic, Garakhem and Pohjoria. The Union's purpose is to provide Economic Support and Political Unity between all states within. The Union shares a name with the old Hawk Republic but shares no political relation. This Union was created due to the Pohjorian Independence Crisis, and to provide economic aid to the far poorer state of Pohjoria.

Geography

The Hawk Republic's main territory as seen in the picture of Hawkish territories above is a large, settled hill 882 feet above sea level, surrounded by low farmland and marshland. The lowlands contain multiple natural springs where the settlement obtains it water through wells. The Republic is located within southern Wisconsin, meaning that its winters can get down to -20°F with windchill, and snowbanks can get to over 5 feet deep. But in the summer the temperature can reach 102°F in its highest temperature ever recorded in the area. But the average temperature is only 48°F, and the average summer Average is 70°F while the winter average is 20°F. In the Republic wind normally travels from west to east. The Republic usually gets 28 inches of rain annually. The weather and geography make the Republic a great place to grow and harvest Corn, Soybeans, Alfalfa, Clover, Rye, and Apples.

Economy

How the symbol for the Ór was created from the Königsmark

The Hawk Republic makes its money by growing and selling crops to then sell, and renting land and storage cells. The main currency of the republic is the USD although it has its own currency, the Ór. The name Ór comes from the Celtic word for gold "Órga" and is a currency valued at 0.25% of the USDs value, making it similar to the quarter and tradable with such. The Ór uses a symbol of a K with 2 or 3 lines through it, but no such character exists to type so the symbol for the Lao Kip (₭) since it is so similar. The Ór uses this symbol because of its old name, the Königs-mark, so the symbol comes from the K and the M put together to make a K with 2 or 3 lines through it.

Armed Forces

Ever since its creation, this nation has had an active military, there have been many "Militarës" in the nation such as the Falkenreich's militarë, The Royal Guard. This group later became the main army of the Republic.
