Beychan & Kaiser Baldwin
Beychan is a pseudonym based on his real name which he does not wish to reveal. He is an individual who is the Chairman of the Hawkish, who was previously known as Kaiser Baldwin. The name Beychan wfrom a Sebhachen version of the name Baldwin. Baldwin also being a Germanized version of his legal name. He has been in micronational politics since 13 April 2021. Beychan has also been the only leader of the Hawk Republic since 13 April 2021.
Hawkish background and governance
Baychan was previously Chairman and head of governance in the Hawk Republic and was a CC in the Hawkish Federal Union of Sovereign States, or H-FUSS. He is a native Sebhachimagh being born in a pagan home and being the creator of the Sebhachen Language and one of the original 5 hawkish peoples.
Involvement with other nations
Involvement with Nortenland
Under the rule of Beychan, then known as Kaiser Baldwin, the Falkenreich joined the Nortennish Commonwealth. But on 12 December 2021 the abdication of King Wolfric I lead to a power vacuum which was filled by Kaiser Baldwin, who proved very unpopular among the citizens, leading to the Nortennish Abdication Crisis. He then pulled the Falkenreich out of the Commonwealth.

Beychan is a senator in the Sacred Saban States.
Involvement with Noasia
Beychan was Governer of the Ocean View state of Noasia for a long time until he was kicked from government, then he became Senator on 2 February 2023 and is currently in the government. Sadly many dates were lost to the purging of messages in official communication servers.
Involvement with Güna
Beychan was elected Prime Minister of The Soviet Supporting Socialist Republic of Güna on 4 April 2023 and has been in office ever since. He is also the current UMN organizer.
