Eshaystan is a micronation located in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia, based around the infamous urban "Eshay" youth subculture. Originally conceived by Ashton Oner (who's real name remains anonymous) in 2022, the goal of Eshaystan is to create an eshay nation, where the focus is just put on enjoying life. All drugs, guns and other regulations are completely obsolete, work and education is not mandatory nor encouraged, and Australian laws are practically absent. Almost all sentences have been for dissident, betrayal or personal reasons.

History

Eshaystan was first conceived by Ashton Oner at the end of 2022. In the (Eshaystani) summer of 2023, The Vindicators started attacking

Government

The Sickest Lad & The Vice Sickest Lad

The highest leadership rank you can get is the "Sickest Lad", which gives you the ability to sentence anyone to as many years in prison as you want, deploy the military in any way, and multiple other actions. The "vice sickest lad" is similar to the Sickest lad, however you can only sentence people for up to 2 years, and military action can be requested, as long as the sickest lad approves. If the sickest lad is no longer in power, whether that be death, resigning or other reasons, the Vindicator Council will hold an election with all 50 members. The new sickest lad can pick any Eshaystan citizen for the vice sickest lad.

Vindicator Council

The Vindicator Council is a council of up to 50 members. Members are selected by The Sickest Lad and The Vice Sickest Lad personally, with each member having to be loyal to Eshaystan and the sickest lad. Each member can vote on an issue, and the majority can have the proposal sent to the sickest lad. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but unless it goes against Eshaystan, it's people, values or the sickest lad, it most likely will be approved.
