Dollisville is a former city as well as the former capital of the Kingdom of Smlosa in the County of Lansuk. It was officially chartered as separate on the 15th of April 2019, before this division. Dollisville was known simply as Dollisville and had been the declared capital since 2021, before being succeeded by the Kingdom of Kolsburg.

It is the former residence of the Smlosian Monarch King Luis Treece III, and as such was the Capital City of the Smlosa As the capital, it also served as the Headquarters of the Royal Smlosian Postal Service and the Central Bank of Smlosa.

The passing of the Proclamation Act 2017 disestablished and relinquished the city of Dollisville to United States

On April 15, 2017 Luis Treece announced the formation of a flag for the province & city, which previously had used the Flag of Netharlands as its primary flag. It consists of a 2:4 Ratio with a White background with Blue, Yellow, and Horizontal lines on the top and bottom.
